By using Temp Mail ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Temp Mail provides free, temporary, disposable email addresses. Addresses and received messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours or less. We do not guarantee delivery, storage duration, or availability of any message.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

Any unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages (the service is receive-only for most users).
Harassment, threats, or abuse of any person or system.
Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Any activity that violates the terms of third-party services you interact with.

We may block addresses, domains, or IP addresses involved in abuse, without notice.

3. No Important Accounts

Temporary addresses are not suitable for important accounts (banking, primary social media, password recovery for critical services). Messages auto-delete and addresses may become unavailable. Use the service at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

The site's design, logo, and original content belong to us. You may not copy or redistribute substantial parts of the site without permission.

5. Advertising

The service is supported by third-party advertisements. By using the service, you agree to the display of ads, including occasional full-screen sponsor messages that support free access.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of messages, missed verifications, or damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
